Policy Guidance and Employee Resources: The team provides guidance on agency policies and procedures, helping staff navigate employee benefits and ensuring access to the resources they need.

Conflict Resolution and HR Coordination: HR Liaisons support staff and leadership in resolving workplace conflicts and coordinate with the Human Resources Department on complex employment matters to ensure compliance and fair practices.

Empowering Staff and Leadership: By providing timely guidance, resources, and support, the HR Liaison team helps staff and leadership focus on delivering services and programs efficiently and effectively.

Strengthening the Agency
